Unless entered into a contract which takes precedence over the following, I agree that:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.

The balance of payment is due upon completion of works.

Invoices outstanding past their due date are subject to a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount, commencing the day after the due date, calculated per day on the increasing balance.

Emerge Interactive has the right to stop providing support and services until outstanding invoices are paid in full.

Services will be provided by Emerge Interactive during the standard hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM on weekdays. This does not include public holidays.

Any services rendered by Emerge Interactive outside of the standard hours may be billed at a higher rate.

Emerge Interactive has the right to reuse any rejected designs for other projects.
